Eligibility: Expecting Mother or Parent/Guardian of a child that is infant through age 5. Must reside in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union or York counties. Members & non members of Have Life Church are invited to register. Registered parent & child(ren) must be present on May 9 to receive items.
