and Acts (power) each day.

MONDAY JAN 13 - SUNDAY JAN 19

What To Eat

All Fruits & Vegetables

Dairy Products (including eggs & cheese) 

Beans & Lentils

Beverages: Water, 100% fruit juice, milk, fruit & protein shakes, hot tea

Oils: Vegetable & Olive Oil; honey

Breads/Pasta: Whole Grain, Brown Rice & Quinoa

What Not To Eat

Meat, fish, or seafood

Soda, Alcoholic beverages, sweet tea, coffee or caffeine

Sweets, fried foods, or heavy cooking oils

Enriched (white) bread

Monday jan 20 - Sunday jan 26

What To Eat

  • All Fruits & Vegetables

  • Dairy Products (including eggs & cheese) 

  • Beans & Lentils

  • Beverages: Water, 100% fruit juice, milk, fruit & protein shakes, hot tea

  • Oils: Vegetable & Olive Oil; honey

  • Breads/Pasta: Whole Grain, Brown Rice & Quinoa ONLY AFTER 3PM

What Not To Eat

  • Meat, fish, or seafood

  • Soda, Alcoholic beverages, sweet tea, coffee or caffeine

  • Sweets, fried foods, or heavy cooking oils

  • Enriched (white) bread
